This Privacy Policy describes how the "Eye Drop Assistant" Google Workspace Add-on ("the Add-on") handles your information.
Information We Use
The Add-on requires access to your Google Calendar to perform its primary function. Specifically, it uses:
- Read/Write access to your calendars: To create new event series for your medication schedule and to find and delete those same events when you use the "Remove" function.
- Your calendar's time zone: To ensure events are created at the correct local time.
How We Use Information
The Add-on uses this access solely to create and delete calendar events on your behalf, as initiated by you through the user interface. All processing happens within the Google Apps Script environment.
Information We Do Not Collect or Store
The Eye Drop Assistant does not store, save, or transmit any of your personal data to any third-party server or database. All data, including your calendar information and the medication names you enter, is processed in real-time and is never stored outside of the events created on your own Google Calendar.

This Add-on's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
